Kailyn Jopling, MS, RD, LD (she/her)

My nutrition philosophy is that all foods fit, and how they fit looks different for each and every individual. I strive to always provide a warm and welcoming space, while maintaining a collaborative relationship with all my clients. I want to help guide you to build in your own food values, challenge food rules and beliefs, break down nutrition myths, optimize your nutrition, and help create a safe space with food, your body, and exercise. We will work together to get to the root of any food issues, health concerns, and discover what is like to trust your body again. I’m here to help you get unstuck!

Born and raised in New York, I completed all of my education and credentialing there as well. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition from Syracuse University and a Master’s degree in Nutrition from New York University. I obtained my Registered Dietitian certificate from Sage College in upstate NY. After a few years working in the hospital setting, I began working in the partial hospitalization level of care with eating disorders for a few years here in Austin, Texas. Now, for the past several years I have found the most joy working with clients individually in the private practice setting.

Although I sometimes miss the big city lights, I absolutely love living in Austin, TX and being able to be outside often! In my free time you’ll find me spending lots of time outside with my husband, 2 kids, and our dog, Chewy. I also love spending quality time with friends, reading, lake life, weight lifting, and trying new restaurants around town!
